Create a post telling me and your classmates about a manager you have worked for that stands out in your mind as being very bad, and tell why you consider(ed) them as such.
DO NOT USE ACTUAL NAMES/PLACES. It is better to use GENERIC DESCRIPTIONS like . . . a manager at a restaurant. The use of general terms will serve the purpose and keep us all out of hot water.
Answer) This is the time when I joined my first job which was in one of the largest retail companies. I was an assistant marketing executive and my boss was the Marketing manger of that department. I really had high expectations and was very excited to work with professional people and made up a gloomy atmosphere in my mind. Initial days were okay ,not great but adjustable ,the problem started after a month or so. I realised that my manager was actually dumping all of his work to me and was taking all of the credit. Upon questioning him regarding this, he would scold me and tell that in this corporate atmosphere things work like this and even threatned me to fire. Moreover, he always used bad language even at the slightest mistakes and often made me do overtime without any extra payment. As marketing professionals, our work to advertise and market the products, but he used to give no effort and set targets which are almost impossible to achieve and when the targets were not achieved, he used to embarrass me infront of the office. At last after much suffering I had to quit only because of him but he did taught me a lesson that the world is not as nice as we think it is and we would always get people like him but its its duty to stand for what us right.
