ANSWER

The best leader I have worked for was in my last association.

His name was Mr. X. He was genuinely a man of his word with extraordinary leadership abilities. He showed us numerous things including, 'one should continue onward, there is consistently a way.'

The sort of leadership did that individual employ:

  • He was a transformational leader. A transformational leader is depicted as the person who has faith in changing the association just as the employees.
  • He inspired the employees to come out of their solace or safe zone and accomplish something important for themselves just as for the association. He had really changed us into gifted experts and better people.

There were the accompanying things that made him viable:

  • He had authentic worries for his colleagues and their objectives and consistently remained by them.
  • He had proficient just as close to home holding with each and every colleague.
  • He had scrutinized we all, however exclusively, and commended us before others.
  • He turned into a model first and afterward anticipated that us should tail him.
  • He was a visionary.
