Consider an organization that you have worked in. Think about a time when you felt under considerable stress. What efforts (by you and your employer) were or could have been taken to reduce the stress?

I am working with a consulting firm which comes in big 4 consulting giants hence they have numerous projects and workload is directly propotional to the complexity of project you are in. I was assigned to a one of the healthcare project and it was a highly customizable project which consumed 10-12 hrs on daily basis and sometimes weekends as well.
To reduce stress there were few steps taken by my team manager and by myself too like :
1) Like daily/sometimes alternate day half n hour session of yoga was organized.
2) Our workspace was transformed into a fun kind of workspace with bean bags, colorful walls etc.
3) We had a option of working from home twice a week, hence with loved ones by your side, stress reduces.
4) I personally used some techniques like taking short breaks, listening to music as well.

Apart from this we were given some complementary offs and monetary benefits as well to keep us motivated.
