Talent management system in Germany – Talent management is the management of available resources in any existing organization. It also ensures that proper talent pool is ensured at any given point of time in a particular company or organization. With respect to the country Germany, this system is still in developing phase. Most of the companies are still not having the performance or talent management system. Companies, where this system is being followed in the PMP module, adopt the appraisal and rating based system. Multiple buckets are formed to identify the top performers, average performers and poor performers and based on the rating employees are being rewarded or put through the performance improvement programme.
Leadership style in Germany- Fostering the result oriented atmosphere, most of the leadership in Germany believes in result hence they push their subordinates to achieve those results. While doing sometimes it becomes little tough for the employees to cope with the time and output pressure. Leadership is divided in 3 subgroups-
