Discuss Moore’s Typology of White‐Collar Crime.
Moore's typology of White-Collar crime includes various methods through which such crimes take place with in the society. There are few examples regarding White-Collar crime.
(1) Exploitation of the Position(Individually) :- Asking undue advantages or some financial aid for completing the work which either may be legal or illegal. This is one of the main method in this whole White-collar crime chain.
(2) Client Fraud :- It includes several types Such as Fraud with bank, Insuarance related Fraud, Investment related fraud.
(3) Sting and Swindles :- In this A low quality product is being provided in place of quality products by the Salesman(Door to Door) or the Company from which you are buying it.
(4) Influence Peddling :- Through this White-Collar crime one gets advantage in any of the Government contract. For this sometime bribe is being offered or any influence works in tilting the Contract.
