Expert Solution

White collar crime is a term particullarly coined in refference to the Cases of faugery, illegal activities which are performed by any businessman,Government official or Government representative etc. These person are seems to acquire a  respectfull position in the society so they are reffered to as white collar working professionals and if they perform any crime so that particular case is being reffered as White collar crime. These kind of criminal acts are a serious threat to the society.

For eg. Corrine Brown (Democrates) member was arresterd under the charges of Tax fraud and Corruption. This kind of crime is a classic example of White collar crime.

According to me,Definetly there is a need of special guide lines for such crimes because they are being performed by the Persons those who are in charge to perform there duties for the welfare of the society and to uphold this responsibility with alot of care.If they perform such crimes,They are setting a bad example infront of the society.

The cases of Faugery by Businessman's also required special guidlines to stop such acts from happening.

In India there are Special courts to persue the trial for any Political representative and if they found gulity,There right to stand in any election is being revoked for 6 years.
