-Team development is an integral part of group formation and a foundation of the organisational behaviour.
-It sets the protocols,work standards and clear division of labour to the team members.
-It brings coherence and mutual trust and industrialo harmony.
-Tuckman model envisage the group formation into a methodological procedure of steps in which group is formed for attaining organisational objectives.
The stages of the model are as follows:-
Forming- Its the initial stage where the group is formed for the first time and employees meet and become well acquanited with each othet for the first time.
Storming-At this stage the discussion regarding assignment of job with reference to the assessment of the individual's competencies are made.
Norming-At this stage the work standards,allocation of the job and clear cut work standards are made to the employees.
Performing-This is the executing stage of the model where the team members are well formalised to the job role and each one of them work in thier project to attain the organisational objective.

My experience in team development are as follows:
i.I have gained a lot insight regarding handling manpower of all age and groups.
ii.I have been able to execute strategies to tackle industrial conflicts
iii.I have been able to nurture the best talents for industry
iv.I have gained enormous support and trust from my team members by taking there considerations and concerns well while making decisions for the group
v.It enabled me to improvise my thoughts and behviour too while dealing with varied persons from different background by adopting thier valuable feedbacks.

Capism simulations are learning tools that is used as reporting and learning tool for reviewing and analysis on work in a software dashboard.
So in my opinion I would like my capsim team to meet every weekend to review their work progress ,track the deficiency of work and get feedbacks to amend and take corrective actions to prevent the slack.

I wouldd determine role of my group team members as follows:
- Generalist cadre will consist of telecallers,operational duty managers,office assistants and administrative executives.
-I would give the role of specialists like Finance and Human resource to the persons having academic achievements of financial analyst or an MBA holder specialising in Human Resource.
-Law graduates of my team will be given the role of legal advisors,solicitors and will be made the legl representatives of my company to the court of Law,Media and Public.
