Whereever it may be if a group of people working together for acheaving a goal mean they should form as a team for face up to challenges, track problems, find solutions, plan work, and deliver results.we cant expect all the members working in a school will permorm equally to achieve the goal. So we should form a good team, it is not a easy process. For that we can use bruce tuck man's stages of team formation, by understanding this it is easy to achieve the goal. If we are taking a school, the team should form in the first of academic year, and the leader should divide responsibility to other members to complete all the works in the period of time. Team work is necessary in schools to help the students to achieve their goals.

Collaboration in health care is defined as the health care professional assuming a complimentary roles and cooperatively working together, sharing responsibility, problem solving inorder to give better patient care. In the hospital a patient meet somany employees in their hospital stay. Those are there to srve the patient with their own skills and knowledge. But they have same goal that is curing the illness of a patient. In the health care team members share their knowledge and they may coordinate it togetherly and to acheive their goal. The main importance of collaboration in health care are as follows
