This film is inspired by former CIA officer Kevin Mallory, it explains the fictional account of a former U.S. Intelligence Community official who was targeted by China via a fake profile on a professional networking site and recruited to turn over classified information before being arrested. By this film, The FBI and the National Counterintelligence and Security Center seek to raise awareness of this issue and help individuals in the private sector, academic and research communities, and other U.S. government agencies guard against this threat.
1. The treasury department has to pay to the hackers. If they don't pay the hackers, they may never recover their systems and leak their data. If they pay to the hackers then also there may be some third party mediator made the user in troubled.
2. The grindr bug is completely the app developers fault. The hackers have hacked their password reset page, by that they can access any users account.
3. Android malware issue is not new, it's been continuously in a serious attacks over many years. The Android has to make some security preventions to undertake this attack.
4. FBI made this film for its own reason. In the film, FBI tried to show how hackers harm the privacy of users and destroyed the data.
