According to Michael Marmot:

sir Michael Marmot explained about life expectancy of difference between the countries and within the countries.

Graphical representation of life expectancy and disability free life expectancy at birth by neighborhood income deprivation,1999 -2003.

He explained about 6 policy recommendations:based on fair society:

1)give every child the best start in life.

2) enable all children young adults to maximize their capabilities and have to control over their lives.

3) create fair employment and good work for all.

4) ensure healthy standard of living for all.

5) create and develop healthy and sustainable places and communities.

6) strength the role and impact of ill health prevention.

Aboriginal youth suicide by factors : cultural factors include:

Self government,land claim,participation.

Community control by youth suicide: community control,health services,education,cultural facilities,policies.

Michael Marmot submitted report to England:

priorities agreed by 65 health and wellbeing boards -local government England: prevention,aging,mental health,unhealthy behaviour,marmot principles.

WHO - determinants of health:

the social determinants of health are the condition in which people are born ,grow, live, work anand age.......

WHO commission on social determinants of health recommendations:

1) improve the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work, age.

2) tackle inequitable distribution of power,money,resources.

3) measure and understand problem, evaluate action, expand the knowledge, base develop the workforce.

My opinion about social determinants of health is:

the people are born in rich or poor, slum or urban area, high or low income.where ever they were should learn to lead a healthy lifestyle . Government need to provide health resources , recommendations by WHO to prevent various health problems.for that we can reduce mortality and morbidity rates in the particular Country or places.
