3.Understand the importance of health-related physical fitness and the benefits of an active lifestyle
4.Comprehend the rules, strategies, techniques, and safety procedures associated with games and sports.
5.Develop socioemotional skills.
6. Display positive attitude towards physical activity.
To corporate setting the physical fitness of the employees is very important and serious issue. The output of the company depends largely on the physical fitness of the employees. Most of the corporates give importance on the performance of the employees. But they do not care the physical fitness of the employees.
In the office the following arrangements should be taken:
The employees must keep in mind that it is very essential for both physical and mental health. It will keep them away from diseases. It will help them to work with enthusiasm and new spirit. Besides, it keeps them away from mental pressure. The relationship among the employees would be developed then. It creates positive attitude in the employees and they work without tension and worries.
Besides, fitness test should be performed periodically. To encourage the employees the company should organize it in the form of competition. The employees with best fitness should be awarded.
