differences in an early childhood education setting?
There are following benefits of the cultural diversity in early childhood education setting:
1. It develops tolerance among the children when they grow up a setting that offers cultural diversity.
2. It creates understanding among the children about the different cultural beliefs and values in their growth and education process.
3. It readies and develops society that is based upon mutual respect where children grow up and respect different values and don’t find themselves alienated to each other.
Following can be done to embrace the cultural difference in early childhood education setting.
1. Develop a learning curriculum and make innovative delivery so that cultural differences are naturally followed by the children.
2. Encourage parents of different culture to send their children in place where different cultural values are equally promoted and respected.
3. Build a group of children who belong to a different culture and help them play and work their activities together so that cultural differences are affectionately embraced.
