PERSON JOB FIT:-

Job fit is all about person's abilities and skills. One of the most difficult and dangerous part of the interview is discussing your strenghth and weaknesses. Sometimes your heart racing immediately because it is a tricky question.

You can succeed to give answer in positive quality or skills that's needed for the job and also be truthful about the negative.

About your strengths:-

You need to specific when it comes about your strength.

1) Transferable or portable skills:- it includes skills which is portable that you take from job to job ( analytical problem solving)

2) Personal qualities:- It includes your unique qualities ( punctual, Flexible, passionate, versatility, patience)

3) Knowledge based skills:- it includes your education and also your experiences ( degree, technical skills).

About weaknesses:-

Everyone has weakness but no one wants to admit, because of fear of rejection. But whenever you talk about your weakness be the positive one. Whenever you tell your weakness be sure that you have a solution for that. Never talk from personal qualities and concentrate more on professional qualities.

PERSON - ORGANISATION FIT:-

It is the compatibility or empathy between the organisation and people that occurs when 1) Atleast one of them provide other needs, 2) Fundamental characteristics must be similar. 3) Both.

This concept is based on two principle 1) the behaviour of human is a function of the working environment and person.

2) the environment and person need to be empathy or compatible.

When you have skills but company are ready to train you. And you are ready to work with a team then you are a person-- organisation fit.

Have same core values with organisation.

You should know vision and culture of company so that you can fit in that.
