1. I person to person communication means direct communication o face to face real time communication with physical presence, there is strong connection and more effective use of non-verbal communication sences like eye contact and gesture of body language and thus makes it more rapid and effctive understanding as it builds transparency and trust. There Theis better control and coordination. The disadvantage is that it is not effective for large audience.

2. Electronic communications means with the help of electronic media using telephone, computer, email and fax. The advantage is we can easily share the graphs, charts, images, maps and more complex data on screen. It is effective for large audience. We can communicate with distance anywhere world wide without any physical presence.

The disadvantage is there is lack of non-verbal communication. Also it creates dependency on the electronic media as any failure in device can make us helpless for communication.
