Answer) SWOT Analysis is basically a parameter by which an organisation can judge what is its Competetive position in the market and can analyse how its internal and external factors will impact it in the short term and long term period. Strength and Weaknesses are the internal factors which showcases what an organisation or product or service is good at and the weakness showcast what an organisation or Product or service is lacking. The external factors are the Opportunities and Threats which showcast what are the chances they have to grab and Threats showcast what are the troubles or challenges which they may face.

SWOT ANALYSIS of a sound system .

STRENGTH

1-) The sound system could be connected to multiple operating software such as ios , android etc.

2-) The mobiles devices has a range of 50 metres to connect.

WEAKNESS

1-) Little expensive to set up as it includes multiple speakers to be installed.

2-) Battery is not powerful enough to last for more than 5 hours.

OPPORTUNITIES

1-) Growing demand of customised speakers , so by that new market segment can be explored.

2-) Making it lightweight so that it is more convenient.

THREATS

1-) Growing Competetion from portable small speakers.

2-) Economy going down and they won't be able to afford a sound system.
