privacy is an important factor in life as it helps to maintain the information to ourself. we all need some kind of privacy and it is right to maintain privacy. privacy may be defined as the information or any sought of the private document that we don't want to share with other people. it is something very special to you or sensitive. for example your own body, your personal information.
personal privacy or any kind of privacy is legal as well as ethical useless and until we are not harming other human beings. Privacy law is the law which talks about protecting and preserving the privacy rights of individuals.but on the same time there is no universal law of protecting the privacy among all the countries but still, through the universal declaration of human right people try to maintain their privacy.
let's take the recent example of Facebook leaked the private information. if we see it from the legal and ethical perspective the incident happened was very wrong and it may harm other people as their personal information has been shared with unknown numerous person. so, it's our right + ethical concept to maintain our privacy unless and until it's not harming their individual.
