In the case of the elderly patients suffering from Orthopedics, usually in the case of the surgery the ethical issues arises is the non compliance. The elderly patients usually doesn't compliance with the healthcare professionals. This arises ethical issues that whether a patient need to get proper treatment management. In the case of the orthopedic surgery, compliance is important. But elderly patients, usually get themselves restricted with some of the habits such as not quitting smoking or not following the instruction of the healthcare providers. In this case, the ethical dilemmas arises and it becomes challenge for the healthcare professionals to indulge in providing better quality of care to the patients.
