One of my favorite leaders is Face-book CEO Mark Zuckerberg. What makes him my favorite is his enthusiasm and determination which made him one of the youngest billionaire as well as a successful businessman. His leadership style that includes democratic as well as transformational leadership style helps to motivate the employees to deliver better results. Face-book’s success depends mainly on the innovative ideas developed with the help of employees by encouraging open suggestions and feedbacks while developing new products as well as implementing changes to existing product. I would like to emulate the leadership style of Zuckerberg which focuses on innovation as well as employee satisfaction. The support given to the employees in terms of financial support as well as facilities to enjoy the work environment helps the employees to ensure high performance and come forward with better ideas. Zuckerberg is always accessible to the team members and always ensure better interactions with the team members. He usually roams among the team members to ensure frequent interactions and open communication. He is a flexible leader and is ready to make changes to his decisions if the situation demands. His ability to handle highly stressful situations with a cool mentality helped him to overcome many issues in business. The problem solving as well as critical thinking ability also helps him to take better decisions. As a successful leader he is able to inspire the team members with his vision and drive them towards the goal which is really admirable in such a younger age.
