II. Feelings _Counselling a patient provides an opportunity to elicit necessary information from a patient, and to enable safe and effective use of medicines. To provide a effective pharmaceutical care, a pharmacist need to acknowledge the responsibility they have in a patient’s pharmacotherapeutic outcomes.

* Reassure the concerns of patients
* Counsel them in an effective and understanding language
* Provide an environment that provide space for counselling
III. Evaluation _ Presentation of subject plays an important role in counselling.
* Establishment of strong therapeutic relationship with patient that provide an open ended discussion
* Communication - Introduce and effective and receptive communication that should not make confusion.
*Include scenarios and activities, that enhance more involvement in the section
* Uses examples for the terms and Terminologies in the conversation
* Include real life stories and situations to make it more effective
IV. Analysis _Yes, I do agree with the concept. An evaluation or assessment will provide a feedback to the action,which help to improve the quality of the work do.It encourages the self-reflexivity that fosters critical thinking skills.
