How involved did you feel in the feedback process? Did you self-assess your own skills before being given feedback? Did you understand the feedback given to you? What did you learn about yourself and your skills as a result of the feedback?
Feedback should be conveyed with good intentions. feedback
recipient should trust us, so feedback message shoulds be clear and
helpful for the recipient. make an interactive manner, manage time
and circumstances. The feedback place should be clear and
appropriate without any disturbance. Be specific and confident,
before starting the feedback ask few questions to recipients that
help to make the equal part and improve communication.
self-assessing our skills before any feedback I will do using
professional skills. our attitude is very important, get feedback
from managers, and set a goal to achieve through feedback, be
honest for yourself and be matured with skills and knowledge. As a
feedback provider be confident and be as a unique individual.
Feedback given to me prevents conflicts from happening and many
issues resolved before it becomes major and psychologically helps
me stabilize the mind. I will listen to my feedback using active
listening and non-verbal communication. it has self-control when it
deals with an emotional response. it improves my confidence and
skills in the feedback. it helps focus on a positive way and
improve performance.
