Programmer Analyst is a technical job that requires the knowledge of computer programming and also quality assurance depending on the company and the business they are into. Programmer Analyst is a good role to learn new tools and technologies. Some of the tools and technologies can help an employee get a better job in the future as there is a huge demand for it in the market. So the new position as a programmer analyst kept me exciting thinking about the learning opportunities I have to grow my career. The companies also encourage the programmer analysts to take up new responsibilities within the company and help in improving their domain knowledge. The employee will also get an opportunity to travel and work from the client location if the performance is good. That will give the international exposure and add value to the profile of the employee. The preparation for MBA and the job as a programmer analyst are two totally different things and they do not have any similarities. The preparation will only talk about the mathematics and the communication skills. But the intention to do an MBA will have an impact on the job I do. This is because the person who wants to do an MBA should have good leadership and problem-solving ability. As a programmer analyst, one will not get an opportunity to experience that as the job is completely technical. But the role can help in the preparation for the MBA because the employee gets an opportunity to work with the clients directly and he can see how the technical aspects make an impact on the business of the company. Even a small change made to the product can generate millions for a company and also make them millions. So these things can be learned by working as a Programmer Analyst and the person can also try to take initiatives and exhibit leadership skills.
