Inspirational has been found to be weakest traits with respect to me. It is discussed that inspiring ability for a leader arises from his good behaviour and interpersonal skill. Good behaviour in the sense having a right principle in life and following individual ethics at every point in time. While interpersonal skill is not referred to as a skill but a talent to induce respect among listeners while he communicates.
