Answer- Following are the good qualities traits of a business leader -

1) Good communicator- A business leader should be very well able to communicate his message to his colleagues, subordinates and others in the organizations and there should be no misconceptions in the mind of anyone when he communicates. He should be very much eloquent in his speech.

2) Positive and confidence- The business leader should be very much positive in his aspirations and thought process. He should be confident that the outcome of certain work will have good and positive result.

3) Make things happen- The leader should not force others to work but rather his charisma and personality should be such that everyone in the organization is motivated to do all the work on their own and he does not have to force anyone to work.

4) Willing to spend time to develop others- A leader must be very willing to invest his time in developing others. He always motivates and inspires his subordinates. And also make them learn new skills to be adaptable in the changing work environment.

5) Have a high self awareness- A leader should have a high sense of self awareness. He must be well aware about himself. He should know his strengths and weaknesses. And must work accordingly.
