Union represents worker .There are different types of union –

1. Trade union
2. Labour union
3. Craft union
4. White collor union
5. Industrial union

Trade union :Trade union is also called as labour union means group of organisation who come together to work and achieve common goal

Goal can be -1. Safety standard

2.better wages

3.other benefits that can include health insurance , retirement plans etc

Craft union : Group of people that worked together having same skill set . Primary goal is to achieve betterment of members and provide better opportunities in form of hiring process .

White collor union : is basically union of clerical ,administrative and technical employee .There role is to maintain rates of pay

Different union can face different challenges :

Disagreement and confusion can create problems that lead to inappropriate behaviour and no unification inside the members of the unions can be harmful for all unions

2. there will be division in union and different view and parties may lead to create weak union .

4.some union represents employee only within specific occupation while other are open to all and more industry base
