For any oral presentation, the use of visual aid is of utmost importance in ways like:

· Visual aids are worth including in a presentation because they can help explain information more coherently. This makes presenting easier for you and learning easier for the audience.

· The visual aid also helps to add variety to your presentation thus making it more interesting for the audience.

· The visual aid in the speech makes the presentation interesting and easy to relate with the ideas which are a good way for the audience to understand the ways that the visual aid aids to interpret and remember for long.

The disadvantages are:

· For the visually challenges audience this method is not likely to give the best of its effectiveness alongside oral communication,

· The Visual aid is a tool for the presentation where if the oral presentation is not well done the aid would be of no use,

· If the aid can’t be displayed due to technical error the presentation fails to have the impact it sought to have among the audience.

The aid of the visual aid makes the people create attributes that are to be physically understood like the anatomy, process layout, geographical study, engineering training or even to explain the hierarchy for the business this is best used. The thing that needs a visual addition alongside speech to be understood completely needs visual aid as the reference to the subject and its objectives are made evident with it.
