1)E-cigrettes are nicotine containing electronic device, in that the nicotine is vaporize and that inhaled. In USA the E-cigrettes are coming in 2007,then wide use of W-cigrettes we can see. It is more prevalent in youth and highschool student .

There are no federal laws for regulating E-cigrettes.E-cigrettes are not under the regulation of food and drug administration act. It is controlled by state and local laws .These laws are mainly focused on put taxation on these products to control usage among young generation. The main state and local laws are

2)use of E-cigarettes are increased day by day, the acceptance is increased and there is no rigid law to control the use of E-cigrettes. The culture and normes influencing the use of E-cigarettes are ,using of E-cigarettes are socially acceptable or convenient.it can be used at any time and they are believe the ill effects of Tobacco use can resolve or E-cigarettes are safer than tobacco. By using E-cigrettes social unacceptance may be avoided and it is a socially acceptable one. Peer group support are also influenced .
