I need two paragraphs for each answer. What laws govern or pertain to E-cigarettes? What cultures or societies are most affected by the issue?

E- cigarette means Electronic cigarette. This is very harmful because it contains potentially harmful ingredients in it. That includes:-

* Ultrafine particles.

* Flavorants(for example diacetyl, which is a chemical that can cause serious lung diseases.

* Heavy metals(that includes nickel, tin, lead, etc).

* Volatile, the organic compounds.

Laws than govern electronic cigarette:-

The F.D.A classified this drug as delivery devices and regulated them under FDCA(Food,drug and cosmetic act). The ban has made against the electronic cigarettes for under the age of 18 in U.S by F.D.A. and in some places without any provincial legislation municipality ban to use the tobacco and electronic cigarettes in public places. Another act California also give the right to people to stop smoking e-cigaretttes,tobacco wherever they see.

These are the some of important rules that govern the electronic cigarettes.

Electronic cigarettes show negative impact on environment. That is toxic waste,that pollutes water, air, soil, wildlife, etc. Even discarded cogarretes can cause big harm like firing of homes, land, etc. Cigarettes also damage heart,blood vessels, cardiovascular,CHD,etc. So that many of smokers die and the family become alone and work or begg to run their livelihood,etc. Like this our society becomes the viction of cigarettes,etc.
