The values and norms followed in India is extremely differ from other countries. Respectful behavior is a basic value followed by every Indians. The people in India shows respect to others cultures, values, traditions, concepts etc. They shows no discrimination o n thy basis of color, race and caste. Indians have the helping mentality and they are open minded. People usually welcome others by wishing Namaste. It is a traditional cultural norm followed in the country. They are well dressed. Sarees and Curtis are popularly used garments. People live in complete harmony without any violence.

The values followed in India have a great role in developing affective business relationships in the country. The self respect as well as respect shown by thee people towards others has a great role in building strong an healthy business relations. Indians are open minded thus they accept the cultures and beliefs of others. It attracts foreigners to the county6e. In business meetings people give cards with right hand which is a sign of respect. It highlights then polite behavior of Indians. The dress code followed by thee people is very simple and nice. They usually wears comfortable costumes in business discussions. The languages used by the business speakers are very polite and simple. They never say No though it is offensive. Thus it never hurt others. Indians give opportunities for others and try to make others comfortable through their behavior and attitude. All these helps to maintain good business relations.
