Communication skill is the ability to convey the idea and
thoughts from the sender to the receiver making sure that receiver
receives it in exactly the way the sender wants to convey the
idea.
It is extremely important for being successful at the workplace as
does not matter how innovatively you think but if you are not able
to convey it properly then you will never get the credit and hence
you will never be able to succeed.
