• Solution- In simple words empathy is the feeling for someone. It is the simplest means to understand the feelings and emotions of other people. It is the key element that helps us to understand what other are experiencing as if we are feeling it ourselves. Empathy is a skill that can be developed and also comes naturally to most people.
• One of the key element of empathy is understanding others and taking an active interest in their concerns. Also helping developing others in their needs and concerns are also other means of empathy. It will not be so easy to emphasize with others but through good people skills it is possible to work towards more empathetic feelings. It is true that individuals who can emphasize enjoys better relationships with others and will have greater wellbeing through life.
• Cognitive empathy, emotional empathy and compassionate empathy are the 3 types of empathy.
• Empathy is the building block it is very needed because it motivates us to take action when we see that people are suffering.
