There exists potential differences among individuals like language, culture, values, in the organisation. Language is the basic form of communication in any organisation, exchanges views and ideas among the individuals, this would enable in creative thinking and development of high value added products.

Culture influences an individual as a person, shapes personality, exchange in views and respect for each others culture, would enable a person to know and behave accordingly in the organisation there by reducing conflicts in the organisation.Values would shape in the future of the organisation with shared values and coordinative work environment in the orgnaisation.

Changing agents in dynamic industries:

Change is one of the most effective aspects of the managemnet of the organisational culture and advancemnet of the organisational prodcutivity with updating technology. Individual differences create in various expectations among individuals and groups as to the needs. Positive elemnets that motivate individuals in the organisation are there ambitions, need to achieve, capabilities, career growth prospects, and there are negative factors like fears, insecurities among the group, and frustrations with non motivating factors hinder the performance of individual as well as the group.

Change in the orgnaisation general include competitive forces, economic, political and global forces, demographic and social forces, and ethical forces. Organisations are genrally unnedded to change because resistance to change at the organisation, group, and individual levels have given rise to organisational inertia. The more an organisation changes, the easier and more effective the change process becomes. Developing and managing a plan for change are vital to an organisation’s success.

Individuals in the organisation must be self motivated and self trained with the change managemnet or change adoption process in the organisation so this would enable in the team to build in spirit to perform their task in a more beneficial way.
