support the development of a minority group into leadership or
management.
Every part of the world is encouraging minority groups to become
leaders or management. Providing basic amenities and educational
support to bring them up in the society.
It’s very important to support and encourage and take an
initiative to develop a minority group in to leadership or
management. Become a leader in any place is very hard to get that
ownership skills. A person needs to be trained and developed
internally and externally to become lead a team or management.
- Identify the minority group and select assign few management or
leadership task to handle and provide trainings to them where they
are lacking in handling leadership qualities.
- It’s very tough to become a leader or management in any firm or
any part of the business. It need management skills to manage a
group of people. Especially the minority group needs to be trained
in such a way that there are strong at knowledge in
management.
- Continuous learning will give confidence in leading or
managing. It’s not that much easy to communicate things it need
great command over language and skills to portrait.
- Every minority group in any business needs to be developed with
strong communicating skills and technical skills to improve
themselves to handle leadership.
- A regular training on management and needs to understand people
to manage them.
- Could able to understand what a leadership and management and
their works. Based on that trainings and support are to be given to
handle leadership skills.
- Encouragement from the team or group is also required. Because
if everyone supports than only he can able to handle.
- Giving a chance to the minority groups to become leaders or
providing chance in the management will really give a scope to
learn new things and develop for the next level.
- It’s only possible by giving chance to learn new roles and
responsibilities and provide a strong support and encouragement to
develop individually.
- Because in the competitive world it’s very tough to give a
chance to anyone .They have to grow individually and learn
leadership qualities and understand duties to become a management
or attain leadership.
- It’s not of leading one or two a leadership means needs to
manage group of people their actions etc. needs to be managed and
