Use only constitutional arguments to support your response.
In your discussion, present arguments for or against a law that restricts abortion by making it difficult for a woman to access. Is the State (in the US) infringing on a woman’s Right to Privacy by making abortion difficult to perform in the state? Why or why not? (2) How would you relate this law to the US Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade? (3) Is this law just, and does it infringe on a woman’s right to choose? Should abortion be a crime? Be insightful.
It is true that, ''The State of Texas is infringing on a woman’s Right to Privacy by making abortion difficult to perform in the state''. More over there will not be any kind of legislature in the support of women's right to carry out abortion according to their needs or necessity. Suppose if we consider the child who is going to take birth has the right for his life, Still the child doesn't fullfuill the criterion for ''right to life'' . A person needs to exhibits certain qualities in order to have ''right to life'' , they are Consciousness, awareness, communication ability, sound reasoning and self-motivation. Here, In this case of fetus it only exhibits Consciousness among the qualites for ''Right to life'' . Further, Warren prposed this by saying, Fetus exhibiting merely one or other qualities doesn't qualify to consider for Right to Life. So, a fetus can be aborted morally during the early days of pregnancy. Unwanted pregnancies in many cases not only affecting the finacial status it also becoming the Psychological burden to them. We are in 21 century, in every field women is working shoulder to shoulder along with the men, they are capable mothers, Teachers, Great leaders, Sceintists and Doctors.,etc.,.They are matured enough to take the right decision. They should be give the freedon to decide weather to keep or abort the fetus.
