Ans: Firstly, everyone was very important in our lives. Here are the differences and examples how they support as follows:

-> Supervisor: Before the support from supervisor we need to showcase our talent on what we can do is the main aspect. So, that the supervisor will have an idea of what we can perform and how we can perform well.

  • Helps in coping up with co-employees.
  • Helps in communicating our thoughts or ideas on the project without any hesitation.
  • Makes working environment more friendly to us, so that we can achieve our goals in a more convenient manner.

example: In any workplace, language barrier plays a major role rather than a workspace. We may have constant trouble on how to start or to talk. Supervisor helps to understand us and helps us to learn, helps to cope-up with work easily.

-> Co-workers: In any workplace co-workers play a major role and we spent most of the time with them.

  • They help in motivation and to move forward in work.
  • They support when times needed.
  • Helps to communicate in a better way.

Example: Since we have a lot of workloads and sometimes we may lead to negative thoughts and emotions. They help us to get rid of them and helps to learn some techniques which help not only in relaxation but also in balancing work tensions.

->Friends: Friends are the ones who will be by our side either we need them or not. They give us encouragement to reach our goals. In the workplace the co-workers can be friends.

  • They provide a positive vibe in making things happen.
  • They advised good or bad about any topic associated.
  • They provide support either in low phase or else share the success with us.

Example: If we share a worry on how to achieve the goal with them, they don't laugh at it and helps us in how we can achieve those goals. Provides what possible ways in achieving.

-> Family: Firstly, for every success or else failure we will have a support which comes first from family. In all ways, we can support, encouragement and get critics from the family itself. They are the ones who will be by our side either in success, failure, low phase etc.

example: If we share our thoughts on our goals they are the first ones who will encourage most.

Hence, in any aspect family, co-workers, friends, supervisors play major roles in our day to day lives. They help us, motivate us, encourage us very well.
