I had interviewed my mother in law, my husband and my best friend.
Mother in law , age-64 , marital status- married, employment- housewife
Husband, age 31, marital status- married, employment- business
Friend, age 30, marital status- in married, employment - IT employee.
Mother in law listed her important features-
1.Software should be user friendly, because she is not that tech savvy. She prefers only those sites which she can operate easily.
2.Special offers- whenever she will come accross about some special offers or big discounts on a shopping website. She definitely visits that site.
2.Husband-Mobile friendly website-most of his time is spent on phone,so he likes to visit only those sites which are mobile friendly.
3.Friend-1.Wish lists- She visits the sites according to her wish lists. If she finds any of her wishful products on the site, she definitely go to that site and does shopping.
2.Reviews- Also before visiting any site or purchasing ,she makes sure she goes through all the users generated reviews.

When I purchase online , I make sure I go through the users reviews then only I purchase anything for myself.
2. I even see what type of offers they are giving and do the comparative analysis with other shopping sites .
