1) Quality standard that can be published , measured and compared customers focused procedures to review patient wualiqu care total quality management tools and technique that foster quality.
Measurements for the cost of quality
Plans for dealing with safety and liability problems so they are studied and not allow to repeat
Process control for such area are as labs tests and pharmacy prescription errors.
