Expert Solution

1Ans: The first and important thing in starting up our performance evaluation with an employee is that we need to make sure in keeping track of the employee and making the tune to work in the workspace. Here are some points as follows:

  • We can evaluation by setting up a goal to the employee basing on their work scope.
  • Need to provide a self-evaluation concept need to be introduced for any company, so that the individual or else the employee learns what were the drawbacks and how to get over it as per the work.
  • Asking about their concerns if any. If they are unable to cope-up with the work, there must a chance to learn that work and provide a support system to achieve it.

More effective evaluation can be achieved with behavior measures, ratings, ongoing feedback etc. We can't assure that our suggestion will have the highest priority but they can have a consideration on it while evaluating.

2Ans: Firstly, everyone knows how the salaries are determined and most of the companies will have a common rule that we need to maintain our salaries secret.

If we like the job, company profile, work scope etc we must not worry about the earnings choice or else method of the organization (open and close salary system).

3Ans: Firstly, regular exercises become part of our company job. It helps in faster learning, lower stress etc.

Every organization will have some certain rules that we need to go as per the company standards. We can certainly do our work-outs as per the organization rules (timings). There won't be any hurt to the company's recruiting ability because the company goals will be achieved as per the time-frame gave to them.

4Ans: The main focus on the union is by negotiating the changes rather than forced. We can bring right changes when we are in the workforce also.
