Answer 1 There is no doubt that Apple company knowledge, skills, and abilities are quite effective in comparison to the ost of the organizations in the same industry. This is due to the fact that the company always comes up with innovative services, products that are beyond the expectations of the customers. The company is famous for its high-quality products and research and developmental practices. This could only happen in the organization which has an effective method of managing its knowledge, skills, and abilities is an immaculate manner. The company's' earlier CEO Steve Jobs always promoted the innovation, skills, and knowledge all over the organization.
Answer= The current CEO of Apple Tim Cook is having the democratic management style in which the employees of the organizations are free to express their opinions and counter opinions, they are given proper opportunities to experiment and their voices are listened by the management
a= the company uses the democratic management style where every employee has the right to express his or her opinions and can oppose any given opinion by the others.
b= As Apple is an organization that relies heavily on innovation and technological research, thus it is important that all the employees must be given the free hand to experiment and allow them to perfor the way they want to. Thus it is clear that for Apple the most suited management/leadership style will be a democratic one.
C= participative leadership theory will support my opinion in which the leader provides equal opportunities to the followers to express their opinions and decision is made after the discussion with the followers.
