Agenda:
" Brainstorming meeting to generate ideas to bring best possible ethical standards to the organization"
Date : On every second and fourth Friday on the month
Time: In morning 11:00 am to 12: 30 pm
Location: Conference room, HQ of the company
List of Participants for meeting:
CEO, Union representatives, selected departmental heads, regional mangers, and employees from operational levels. (People across the organization will be given opportunity to submit their ideas to alternate days). Maximum 25 people will be allowed to be the member of a particular meeting headed by the CEO of the company.
Purpose of Committee:
Committee will analyze and recommend the necessaries to implement ethical and value based policies at the workplace.

Welcome to the world of to be a philanthropic organization. Our aim is to bring sophisticated level of relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders of the organization.
If necessary other organizational issues might be discussed to get an instant solution.
Follow Up Items:
An online feedback will be initiated for each member to the organization. The committee will screen to the best ideas.
When meetings will be done. It will be recorded by the committee’s staff assistance .Every recommendations will be documented by the appropriate authority.
Elicit feedback from members of the committee:
They will be given a feedback forms so as to recommend more ideas and thoughts. Even, their current feedbacks will be collected via online as well as offline.
Next meeting : It will be organized on alternate Friday falling on 2nd and 4th Friday respectively to a particular month.
