2. Refocus on national oversight issues such as promoting quality , assurance in public and private sectors, drug quality control

5. Introduce and expand programmes for heart disease, injuries, mental health and HIV

6. Better inform and empower people to live healthier i.e focus on pre transition conditions

7. Rejuvenate public facilities in backward areas

8. To put appropriate balance on primary, secondary and tertiary care budgets

9. To strengthen publicly run hospitals serving rural areas
