Constructional profile that are used are as follows:-

The various profiles for various works are as project team , self managed team , virtual team , and operational team .

1.PROJECT TEAM :-

IT works collectively for a specific goal .and it has four types that are functional team , cross functional team and matrix team and contact team .

1.1 FUNCTIONAL TEAM :-

it is permanent and this team is lead by a manager who is responsible for all things. This team works on new projects , and on research and development.

Advantage of functional team :-

- responsible for routine work

- it has control of project

Disadvantage of functional team :-

- push the decision making at top most level of organization

1.2 CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS:-

it consists members of more than one department and it work on specific tasks .

Advantage of cross functional teams:-

- high Speed in completion of task

- Give so many ideas to project team

Disadvantages of cross functional teams:-

- difficulty in management of different departments

- diversity

1.3 MATRIX TEAM :-

This team follows a "two boss system" and individuals report to manager in department and department manager report to higher team .

Advantage of matrix team :-

- flexibility in tasks

- suitable for traditional managers

Disadvantages of matrix team :-

- dual reporting system as individual report to manager and manager reports at higher level .

1.4 CONTACT TEAM :-

It is which is related to completion of project and it works at outsource. Project manager is key to success of contract teams.

Advantages of contract team :-

- easy employment

- no need for giving Client training

Disadvantage of contract team :-

- for this team it is difficult to resolve political and organisational issues

2. Self managed team

It works together and there is no manager. Duty of this team is to solve problems when they arise .

Advantages :-

- individual is manager of own.

- autonomy improves employees motivation

Disadvantage:-

- leck of hierarchical system.

- broad scope of duties

- solution are given by self for issues

3. VIRTUAL TEAM

it made for people who work in different physical locations .

It made for better and fast collaboration.

4. Operational team

For support of all teams .
