1.Tye difference between palliative care care and hospice care are

  • In palliative care the patient is treated or provided care in order to maintain a better health.The care is provided or continued after the diagnosis of any terminal illness. It makes them to have a comfort from pain and other symptoms
  • In hospice care the patient care starts when there is no treatment or after ceasing treatment.It helps the family members and patients to accept and prepare for the death.

2.The main view on hospice and palliative care is both are provided when a client is in terminal phase of life .Thet are comforted in these types of care rather than providing any active treatment to cure the disease.

3.The word Euthanasia refers to bringing an end to life with support of a provider. It is also called as Assisted suicide, Merct killing. It has been legalised in many countries so far in order to provide a suffering patient with good death.

4.Now a days these things are necessary in order to be aware in advance that what can be done on them when they are unable to communicate for themselves when they are sick.

Advance directives refers to what type of medical care to be provided to them when they are incapable to converseTgis can be changed as per patient wishes regularly.

A living will generally has a brief description onbejeter to use life sustaining measures or not when they are in critical situations

The power of attorney is the legal permission assigned to a person by a patient to make healthcare decisions for them
