German	more than not being ill, health is the state of overall well being with positive energy to accomplish things,share a love of nature. They enjoy the great outdoors. Fresh air and exercise are highly valued.	Illness is absence of well being , lack of positive energy caused by germs, stress and God's will.Stoic beliefs can sometimes delay medical attention.
Italians	Health is sharing everything with family and staying healthy through good food.Bottling up emotions is not good and problems should be shared with family	believe in the evil eye (malocchio) for less serious illnesses or curses (castiga) for serious illnesses. Curses can be punishment from God for bad behavior or attributed to evil persons.They are more vocal about their discimfort and symptoms.
