Mental health refers to our emotional and psychological , our social well being and how we feel about ourselfs and interact with others . and mental illness refers to wide range of disorders that affect mood , thinking and behavior. major type of mental illness include depression,anxiety ,mood disorders , personality disorders, schizophrenia, trauma disorder, eating disorder , additive disorder   etc . lower mental health can lead to mental illness .The factor that can affect mental health is the familes that have been struggling to function well and the parents troubelling with mental illness or the problems with socilization . The things that happen in life that also contribute to mental illness , overuse of social medias can put the young generation into stress in certain circumstances this can lead to typical chance in behaviour .

2)before caring for one who have mental crisis , one should be well informed about the condition of the patient and possible changes in behaviour ., have a good communication with the patient and build a realtionship with the patient.use languages that shows considration , congratulate the positve changes they make ,changes in attitude and behaviour .Provide patient centered care , Encorage the person to seek professional help when necessary .
