Health is a complete state of being sound in body ,spirit or mind especially freedom from my diseases.
Health is multidimensional and comprises of physical, mental and social dimensions.
Physical dimensions includes the perfect functioning of the body . Mental dimensions include the state of balance of mental health to varied life experiences.
Social dimension includes the harmony and integration between and within individuals.
Illness and health lies in same continuum.
Illness refers to the condition or state that deviates from the normal health which is characterized by physical or psychological clinical features.
Illness is a condition or state of disruption of a person's physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing.
Illness differs from person to person. It depends upon the culture, economic conditions, etc.The impact of illness on each person varies.
