It provides financial services for people based in Tier 2 and tier 3 towns.

1.prefering the voice of Korean employees all the time

3.taking decisions single handedly while disregarding the experience of the experts

1.fair and on par treatment of its Korean and Chinese employees with equal compensation and benefits
