Solutions

Expert Solution

These 3 are the important focus on to protect the cardiovascular system because-

These cultural ,societal anc behavioural are the factors which is responsible for the social determinants of health.

There are many cultures in our society which has been made by people of different different communities follows the different diet structures and food in their life.

What people eats depends on the society in which a person lives and society makes cultures which is been then followed by the generations and people. These rules or eating habits has been inherited and imposed on people which leads to cardiovascular disease.

For example-

Like in china many people eats, dog, red meat and chinese oily food which has an very serious impact on human health as these foods are not as it has high calories and fat which leads to heart diseases.

So eating non veg like dog beef, prawn and chowmein, fatty food are in their culture which is been made by the society and people as an individual are habitual to eating all these food so here -

Society has made a culture and it has an impact on Chinese people so logic is clear here.

What we eat makes us good or bad and it leads to cardiovascular attack. People need to eat healthy food.

Part 2)

No these are not only the factor to protect from cardiovascular system because-

-Eating unhealthy food and not going out for workout is the main reason.

- Smoking and drinking leads to cardiovascular system or diseases which is very bad for a health .

- Lack of attractiveness and physical walk leads to it.

Thanks
