The most important way by which a worker is going to achieve higher earning, are mentioned below:

  • His productivity should increase compare to his current position so that he can be promoted to take more responsibilities and hence higher earnings.
  • Employee should be solving problems which are priority for the organization, which will make employee visible to the higher management, and hetting higher salary either via bonus or via promotion or raise would be easier.
  • At the end of the day, an employee is getting paid in the proportion of value he/she is generating for the company, so if he is generating more value to the company his earning will increase on its own.
  • Sticking to company morals, and principle and helping fellow team mates and juniors also help in rising to a better role and hence higher earnings.
