Project Pre-mortem is a way of assessing a project before it begins.Team members it works by taking into account that the worst is going to happen and making solutions to those worse situations which will help them achieving the goal smoothly instead of facing it in between the project.Enough brainstorming is needed to perform a project pre-mortem.Team members should come up with alternate difficulties with which the projects will get stuck in mid and find ways to solve these difficulties.

Project Post-mortem is all about evaluation of your final results .It checks for all the steps that brought to the final result and consider what all went in the an unintended way and what all should be performed in order to make the next project more successful without repeating these mistakes.Post-Mortem of projects help us in taking better decisions for the Pre-Mortem of upcoming projects.Post-mortem are not only done at the end of the project it's done after every major step.

In my case Pre-mortems and Post-mortems benefited very well. Pre-mortems are an effective tool to lessen errors or failures. In Pre-mortems we are actually learnt from the past data .It helped my team members to understand our current projects in a better manner and contribute new methods to it effectively with less flaws. Also it strengthened our group dynamics as we got more time to conduct meetings and share ideas.Even though there was some conflicts in between we solved it easily. It helped our project to get completed within the given time frame.Talking about Post-Mortems ,these were the past data we used for pre-mortems.Assessed final data in a better way compared it with what we aimed and made a short note on where all we went wrong and at the same time we also noted the things which allowed us to complete our project smoothly on time .
