It's very hard to say that jobs was in ethical leader. This is specific article clearly points us towards a scenario where steve Jobs consistently forced a manager to break the shipping contract. Aside from all of the reasons resulting increases in in direct shipping with the new company which was violation of the contract and it was not ethical. Furthermore is style of conversation two different employees of the organisation regardless of the experience for the position in the organisation was not very article behaviour. I would rather say I am an acolyte. I was having such a specific Vision and Mission as my last job manager program which end up overhauling the whole program even after I knew that what was being done was out of touch and ineffective but I also knew that people helping those were a valuable resource when I specifically needed to turn thing around. I had no availability of iron people on the spot as the Steve Jobs did when he was in power. As a rejector uh I specifically know these workers and volunteers have contributed extremely large amount of their time and provided for others well being and their only doing words always have been done. I would definitely find a balance between these two in order to gain in and create a consistent and more influential experience for the service for our military families.
